Completing your online entries for the National has never been easier. Please read the instructions for completing your online entries, and when you are ready to being, click "Start Online Entry." Downloadable instructions can be found under "other forms" below, and will also pop up when you begin your online entry. 

If you prefer to mail-in your entry form, a downloadable version can be found below under "Other Forms". Mail-In entries must be sent to Paula Sue at 11691 CR 1200 Malakoff TX 75148 and must be post marked no later than 9/3/23.

These forms can be emailed to Paula Sue Swope (paulasueswope@gmail.com) or brought to the show to be presented upon arrival.  Health Certificates are required for out of state horses. You will not be able to upload these through the online entry.

New for 2023, one youth and one adult rider will be crowned the 2023 All Around Versatility Grand Champion! Winners will receive a custom belt buckle by Molly's Custom Silver and other great prizes.

Check out the rules and instructions for declaring your horse and rider team below. Note this is a separate entry option and must be declared by the start of classes on September 24, no exceptions.
